Mohawks and Backyard Fun

It has been back and forth with weather up here. One day it seems like summer is finally going to hit and the next it feels like winter all over again. We finally bought a little charcoal grill this weekend and trust me we took full advantage of it. It was finally warm enough to let Jason explore the backyard. Of course we don't have very much grass yet but the didn't bother him one bit. Also he has a lot of hair right in the center and it is so long it looks like he has a permanent Mohawk so we went ahead and spiked it up one day. I just couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures. JASON WENT TO HIS 9 MONTH CHECK-UP TODAY AND HE WEIGHTS 19 LBS 4 OZ AND IS 28 INCHES TALL.

Our First Family Picture

Jason is 8 Months

Wow time is just flying by. Sorry it has been so long for me to post pictures up things have been kinda hectic. Jason had his first cold which lasted about a week. No FUN. After getting over that I got sick for a little while. So it's been kinda crazy. Anyways enough about that our little man is growing more and more everyday. He is now standing up by himself for small amounts of time. Of course once he realizes that he is doing it he immediately sits back down. He is also consistently saying MAMA. Occasionally he says baba but not as much. He also is starting to learn what No means. He knows his name when you call it out he will look back at you. He is crawling up the stairs. He is holding his own bottle. He loves exploring and getting into things. He has also swung on a swing for the first time. He absolutely loves going backwards on the swing but going forwards not so much. No teeth yet. He has also learned how to pluck the strings on the guitar. He now weighs 18lbs and 13oz. He is 27in tall. Other than that not much else to report on. I hope all is well with everyone else. Jason and I are looking forward to our trip to Utah. And soon after all of us will be visiting Ohio. Miss and Love you all.
